Syllabus and Curriculum
Syllabus, Curriculum & Academic Framework
JVM Vishnupuram follows the syllabus and curriculum prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and designed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). The academic structure of the school is carefully planned to provide students with quality education that promotes intellectual growth, creativity, discipline, and overall personality development.
The medium of instruction in the school is English, enabling students to develop strong communication skills and confidence in both academic and social environments. Special emphasis is given to improving reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension abilities to prepare students for higher education and future professional opportunities.
NCERT textbooks are used for all classes as they provide a balanced, concept-based, and learner-friendly approach to education. The curriculum focuses not only on academic excellence but also on the development of critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, scientific temperament, moral values, and life skills.
The school adopts modern teaching methodologies, activity-based learning, digital resources, practical experiences, and continuous assessment techniques to make learning interactive, meaningful, and student-centered. Along with academics, equal importance is given to co-curricular and extracurricular activities to ensure the holistic development of every child.
At JVM Vishnupuram, education is designed to nurture confident, responsible, and future-ready individuals who can contribute positively to society and excel in every sphere of life.
